Release time:

Essence is my spirit, Qi is the way of nothingness, store essence and nourish Qi, preserve steadfastness and truth.
Humans are born from the Qi of heaven and earth, and the laws of the four seasons are established.
Spring gives birth, summer grows, autumn harvests, and winter stores.
China's medicinal culture has a history of thousands of years. Traditional Chinese medicine is commonly referred to as "Bencao" in ancient Chinese texts. The earliest monograph on traditional Chinese medicine is the "Shennong Bencao Jing" from the Han Dynasty, and the "Xinxiu Bencao" from the Tang Dynasty is the world's earliest pharmacopoeia. The "Bencao Gangmu" by Li Shizhen in the Ming Dynasty further summarized the medicinal experiences before the sixteenth century, making significant contributions to the development of pharmacology in later generations.
With traditional Chinese medicine being included in the "Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage" and entering primary and secondary school textbooks, traditional Chinese medicine and health preservation have entered the public's view and have an unshakable influence in our daily lives. But what exactly is Qi? How does one preserve health? What are the effects, components, and usage of herbal medicine, and what should we pay attention to during use?
Today, we recommend the "Herbalist Activity" to provide children and adults who love traditional Chinese medicine with an opportunity to closely understand the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, and to deeply experience the charm of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of scholars in the field of intangible cultural heritage.
