Day 1 Arrival in Beijing (No meals)
ArrivalBeijing, transfer to hotel for rest. In the afternoon, visit the Olympic Green, Bird's Nest, and Water Cube (this may be closed due to government issues, no further notice will be given).

In the morning, visitTiananmen Squareandthe Forbidden City, which is closed on Mondays; this was the palace of emperors and their families during the Ming and Qing dynasties. In the afternoon, you can also take a rickshaw tour of the hutongs, visit local families, and learn about paper cutting, etc. In the evening, enjoy a kung fu performance.
Day 3 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch)
In the early morning, visitthe Temple of Heaven, and practice Tai Chi with locals in the park; after lunch, continue to visitthe Summer Palace, a very large park that was once a royal garden. If the weather permits, a short boat trip across Kunming Lake can be arranged.
Day 4 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch)
Today, you will leave the hotel early in the morning to visit the world-famousMutianyu Great Wall, located 73 kilometers from the city center, and return to the city in the late afternoon.
Day 5 Beijing-Xi'an Train (Breakfast)
In the morning, take the high-speed train toXi'an(about 5 hours). After arriving in Xi'an, we will first visit the famous Xi'an AncientCity Wall, experiencing the wonderful feeling of cycling on the ancient city wall, and then check into the hotel.

Day 6 Xi'an (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
In the morning, we will visit theTerracotta Army, known as the world's largest underground military museum. After lunch, return to the city to visitthe Big Wild Goose Pagodaandand the Muslim Quarter.In the evening, enjoy aShaanxi song and dance performanceand have a dumpling banquet dinner.
Day 7 Xi'an (Breakfast/Lunch)
In the morning, depart from the hotel and drive to Anwu Primary School in Jingyang County (1.5 hours). Upon arrival, visit a traditional Chinese medicine clinic where you can learn about basic healthcare for farmers living in rural areas; then visit typical cave dwellings where local farmers used to live; continue your journey to a dairy farm to taste yogurt and experience how locals treat their cows. Then visit a vegetable planting base, where a large amount of organic food is grown, and all the vegetables for lunch come from this base. In the late afternoon, transfer back to the city.

Day 8 Xi'an/Shanghai Flight (Breakfast)
In the morning, take a flight toShanghai. (2 hours), then return to the hotel for rest. In the evening, participate in theMysterious Butterfly Food Tour, to gain a deeper understanding of local culture and cuisine.

Day 9 Shanghai (Breakfast/Lunch)
In the morning, visitJade Buddha Temple,Yuyuan Gardenand Chenghuang Miao, then have lunch at a local restaurant before taking aHuangpu River cruise, about an hour, and then go toNanjing Roadfor a leisurely stroll.
Day 10 Shanghai (Breakfast)
In the morning, meet in the hotel lobby and then drive to Shanghai Disneyland (Disneyland tickets are arranged by guests, lunch and dinner are not included, and there are no tour guides in the park). In the evening, gather at the park entrance and return to the hotel.
Day 11 Departure from Shanghai (Breakfast)
Transfer to the airport for your destination.
