Day 1 Arrival in Beijing (No meals)
Arrival Beijing, after picking you up from the airport, transfer to the hotel for rest and free activities.

Day 2 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Morning visit to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City (closed on Monday), the Forbidden City was once the palace where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties and their families lived. After lunch, visit the Qing Dynasty's royal garden - the Summer Palace. In the evening, participate in the Mysterious Butterfly Food Tour.
 
Day 3 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch)
Morning visit to Visit the Temple of Heaven Park and practice Tai Chi with locals. Then go to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall, returning to the city in the evening.
 
 
Day 4 Beijing - Lhasa (Breakfast)
Fly to Lhasa. (Flight duration 6 hours), upon arrival in Lhasa, the guide will meet you, and then transfer to the hotel for rest (the airport is 65 kilometers from the hotel; travel time is about 1 hour). On the first day at high altitude, stay in the hotel to acclimatize.

Day 5 Lhasa (Breakfast/Dinner)
Morning visit to Visit the Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street, Barkhor Street is located in the old town of Lhasa, it is the oldest street in Lhasa and a symbol of the city. Tibetans proudly call this street the "Holy Road" for its religious significance. In the afternoon, visit the Jokhang Temple Mysterious Butterfly Food Tour.
 
Day 6 Lhasa (Breakfast/Dinner)
In the morning, visit the famous Potala Palace, which was once the winter residence of the Dalai Lama. Spend about 3 hours exploring the maze-like stairs, residences, halls, and stupas, then visit Norbulingka, and finally visit Sera Monastery (closed on Sundays), where monks engage in daily debates.
 
 
 
Day 7 Lhasa - Yamdrok Lake - Karola Glacier - Gyantse (Breakfast/Dinner)
Today we will set off early to Gyantse, with a full day of travel (280 kilometers, 6 hours by car). The beautiful scenery along the way will make you forget the hardships of the journey. On this highway from Tibet to Nepal, stunning sights come one after another, such as Yamdrok Lake, Karola Glacier, etc.

Day 8 Gyantse - Shigatse (Breakfast/Dinner)
In the morning, visit the impressive white stupa surrounded by red walls built in 1418, and take a stroll in the ancient Tibetan city. Then continue to Shigatse, (95 kilometers, about 2 hours by car), passing through the Gyantse Plain area. Shigatse is the second largest city in Tibet and was once the capital of the Tsang region.

Day 9 Shigatse - Lhasa (Breakfast/Breakfast)
Morning visit to Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, a Gelug school monastery built in 1447. Then we leisurely stroll through the traditional Tibetan market and drive back to Lhasa. The car travels along the Friendship Highway and the Yarlung Tsangpo River Canyon back to Lhasa. (280 kilometers, about 5-6 hours), upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for rest.

Day 10 Lhasa - Chengdu (Breakfast)
Transfer to Lhasa Airport (70 kilometers, about 1.5 hours) to fly to Chengdu. (Flight duration 2 hours), upon arrival in Chengdu, transfer to the hotel for rest.

Day 11 Chengdu (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 12 Departure from Chengdu (Breakfast)
Transfer to the airport and return to your warm home.
