Day 1 Beijing Arrival (No Meal)

Arrival in Beijing, meet at the airport and transfer to the hotel, enjoy a leisure time in the afternoon.

3 nights at Penta Hotel Beijing or similar one

Day 2 Beijing (B/L)

Morning visit to the Tian’anmen Square and the Forbidden City (closed on Monday), where used to be the Chinese imperial palace for the emperors and their families in mid-Ming and Qing Dynasties, after lunch, visit the Summer Palace, an imperial garden in the old time.

Day 3 Beijing (B/L)

Early morning tour to the Temple of Heaven and enjoy a Taiji practice with the locals in the park, then continue your trip to the world famous Mutianyu Great Wall, which is 73km far from the city center, then back to the city in the late afternoon.

Day 4 Beijing-Xian by Train (B)

Morning take a high-speed train to Xi’an (appr. 5 hours), upon arrival, pay a visitto the Ancient City Wall with a Cycling Tour included on the wall before transferring to the hotel.

2 nights at Grand Mercure Hotel or similar one

Day 5 Xian (B/L/D)

Morning tour of the Terracotta Warriors & Horses, after lunch, return to the city and visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, then head for Muslim Quarter to experience the local people’s life. Evening enjoy the Tang Dynasty Show with Dumpling Dinner.

Day 6 Xian-Guilin by flight (B/L)

Leisure time in the morning before visiting the Hanyangling Tomb near the airport, then fly to Guilin (appr. 2 hours), a beautiful city in China, upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.

3 nights at Bravo Hotel Guilin or similar one

Day 7 Guilin-Yangshuo-Guilin (B/L)

Morning Cruise down the Li River, enjoying the spectacular scenery on the way to Yangshuo, afterwards, walk along the West Street and nearby villages before back to Guilin. Evening enjoy a Wonder of Dream on Water.

Day 8 Guilin-Chengdu by flight (B/L)

Morning fly to Chengdu (appr. 2 hours), upon arrival, stroll down the Jinli Street, lined with traditional buildings and old small shops selling paintings and local snacks.

2 nights at Tianfu Sunshine Hotel Chengdu or similar one

Day 9 Chengdu-Chongqing by train (B/L)

Morning excursion to the Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, honored as “the national treasure’s natural paradise and the people’s land of idyllic beauty”, afternoon take a high-speed train to Chongqing (appr. 2 hours), which covers a large area crisscrossed by rivers and mountains. Embark the boat in the late afternoon and start your Yangtze River Cruise for 3 nights (Sailing schedule/boat name/shore excursions are subject to change due to local water condition).

Day 10 Sailing on the boat with shore excursion (B/L/D)

Morning Taiji exercise and enjoy free time, afternoon shore excursion to Shibaozhai Pagoda.

Day 11 Sailing on the boat with shore excursion (B/L/D)

Morning Taiji exercise, around noon passing by Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge, afternoon Shore excursion to Shennv Stream.

Day 12 Yichang-Shanghai by flight (B)

Disembark the boat, shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam Site, then transfer to airport for flight to Shanghai (appr. 2 hours), upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for a rest.

2 nights at Sunrise on the Bund Shanghai or similar one

Day 13 Shanghai (B/L)

Tour of the Jade Buddha Temple, the Yuyuan Garden and its nearby bazaars, lunch in a local restaurant, then have an hour Cruise on Huangpujiang River, afterwards enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Bund.
