Day 1 Beijing Arrival (Peking Duck Dinner)

Day 2 Beijing (Breakfast/Dumpling Lunch/Peking Hot Pot Dinner)

Morning pay a visit to the Tian'anmen Square and the Forbidden City (closed on Monday), where used to be the Chinese imperial palace for the emperors and their families in mid-Ming and Qing Dynasties, then have a Cooking Class of Making Dumplings in Hutong Area, after Dumpling Lunch, a tour of the Hutongs is followed. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Heaven, where used to be the largest wooden structure place for the emperors to worship heaven. Evening enjoy the most popular Peking Style Hot Pot Dinner, which is beloved by the locals no matter in hot summer or cold winter.

Day 3 Beijing (Breakfast/Afternoon Tea in Aman at Summer Palace)

Early start from the hotel to visit the world-famous Mutianyu Great Wall, which is 73km far from the city center. Return to the city and tour of a 5-star hotel named Aman at Summer Palace, where you can enjoy authentic Afternoon Tea in its tranquil and enchanting surroundings, then continue your trip to the Summer Palace, an imperial garden in the old time.

Day 4 Beijing-Xi'an (Breakfast/Noddle Dinner)

Morning flight to Xi'an (appr.2 hours), upon arrival, meet the guide and pay a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, one of the few remaining Buddhist pagodas from the Tang dynasty. In the evening, have the typical Noddle Dinner at one of the Best Noodle Restaurant before enjoying the Tang Dynasty Show in a theater, which is a performance of Changan music and dance originated in Tang Dynasty over a thousand years ago.

Day 5 Xi'an-Shanghai (Breakfast/Local Cuisine Lunch/Dim Sum Dinner)

Morning tour of the Terracotta Warriors & Horses, which is one of the most important archaeological finds of the 20th century. Lunch at a Local Sha'anxi Cuisine Restaurant; after that, take an afternoon flight to Shanghai (appr. 2 hours), upon arrival, Shanghai Style Dim Sum Dinner is included at Xiaolongbao - also called soup dumpling in the local restaurants.

Day 6 Shanghai (Breakfast/Benbang Cuisine Lunch/Lost Plate FoodTour)

In the morning tour of the Jade Buddha Temple, the Yuyuan Garden and its nearby bazaars, lunch at a typical restaurant, which is famous for the local cuisine - also named Shanghai Benbang Cuisine, to taste the classic dishes including Five-Flavored Chicken Leg, Fried Hairy Crab, Shredded Pork in Soybean Soup. Afternoon enjoy a free time before picking you up from the hotel for a Lost Plate Food Tour to experience the local culture and food of Shanghai.
