The Tangan Village

The TangAn Village is located about 6 kilometers east of Zhaoxing. It was firstbuilt in the Jiaqin years of Qing Dynasty (A.D 1795-1820). The Dong peoplelive together in clans, and the two main clans being the Ying and Lu. They livescattered between the Banbo and Jiding ranges. There are 160 families (about800 people) living a very environment-friendly life in a primitive way in thisancient village. Dong villages are commonly situated at hill bottom and onbanks of streams, but unlike to others, TangAn Dong villages located halfwayup to the Mountain Longe. If you climb up the mountain from Zhaoxing, after20 minutes you will standing on the summit, the panoramic view of the villageof TangAn is a wonderful photo opportunity. It can be visited all year round.Half day tour will be suggested.
