Day 2 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch)
Morning visit toTiananmen Squareandthe Forbidden City (closed on Mondays), the Forbidden City was the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. After lunch, visit the royal garden -Summer Palace.
Day 3 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch)
VisitTemple of Heaven Parkin the morning to experience Tai Chi and feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture up close. After that, we will visit the famousMutianyu Great Wall. Return to the city in the afternoon.

Day 4 Beijing -Chongqing(Breakfast)
Fly to Chongqing in the morning. (Flight duration 3 hours), this is a city covered by interwoven rivers and mountains. In the evening, board the ship at the dock to start a 3-night Yangtze River cruise (illustration number 25) (the schedule/ship name/shore excursions will change according to the actual water level).

Morning Tai Chi practice, free time on the ship in the morning, and in the afternoon, visit Shibaozhai.

Morning Tai Chi practice, free time on the ship in the morning, passing through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge, and in the afternoon, switch to a small boat to visit Shennv Stream.
Arrive in Yichang, visit the Three Gorges Dam, then transfer to Yichang Airport to fly to Shanghai (about 2 hours).
