Lijiang Les Petites Ecuries Restaurant is located in the south gate area of Lijiang ancient city, because it was built on a stable of a former Prince Palace, hence got its name. The restaurant is monitored by two supervisors, one leader is the second generation of Maple Leaf Hotel Group; the other is a French who has lived in Yunnan for many years. The decoration of the restaurant is integrated with both Chinese and Western style, and the utmost capacity of the dining hall is up to 100 people at the same time. In Yunnan, different ethnic groups have different preferences for sour, salty and spicy taste, so in each region, each ethnic group has its own cooking tradition. Yunnan cuisine is very similar to French food, so the restaurant takes the advantages and develops various of dishes which are loved by different people.
